ANSWERS PRAYERS

- Interceding is more than praying…
that is what struck me as I listen to the message of the speaker
invited by our community to talk on the topic of intercession.
The talk confirms the materials I have read that it is asking,
seeking and knocking at the heart of God to hear our prayer for
others. It is pleading our Lord to bring down His glory and power upon
the person we bring to him in prayer. It is a giving of our heart in
praying. No doubt, God
listens to all our prayers but he is most delighted when we forget
about ourselves and bring others to Him because of our love for that
brother or sister! Our God is a God of love, and, one way we can spread His love
is by interceding for a brother or sister in need.
-
- By
reading through the testimonies, may you also experience the love that
we share when we intercede for others and may you, likewise, be
blessed by the power of the Lord manifested.
All glory to God!!

- We
would like to thank the Lord and the prayers of the Community for the
expeditious release of my wife's documents despite the seriousness of
the case. Some DFA bosses who were with us at the Philippine Embassy
in Jakarta helped us with the situation. The Lord was so kind enough
to have the documents completed in the nick to time just to catch up
with the very tight travel schedules.

- Kindly
convey my message of thanks to the Community for having prayed
for me during my US CPA Board Exams last November. After a tense
three-month wait, I have received my results and I have passed
all sections of the exams with respectable grades. I am very
thankful for the spiritual boost that I am still getting from the community
despite my distance. I am equally thankful for a supporting
and loving family in Manila and back in Chicago - my mom, my siblings,
aunts and cousins who selflessly shared in the physical, emotional and
even financial sacrifices I had to make. Help me in praying that
I may be able to put this accomplishment to good use in
accordance with our Lord's plans. Again, thank you to all.

- Eddie
would like to thank you all for the prayers. He just started his job
yesterday, not quite the one he wants but
we believes God's hand is working. He is so great, He somehow
has made a way for him. Thank you for the prayers.

Beth Roxas
- Thank
you GOD and bless all those who supported me in prayers for good
results of my recent medical checkup. My bone density test
showed improvement and other areas of concern are under control by
medications and good medical advice. I am thankful and happy for all
these.

Senovich (thru Sandra Suryakristianto)
- We
would like to thank all the Genesis prayer warriors for praying for
Sharon's full mastectomy operation on Feb 25, 2002. The
operation went very well and Sharon's back home again with her
family. She is resting to regain her strength and health
with the help of her beloved sons and husband. God is
indeed good to whom who loves Him and believes in Him! Even her lymph
nodes biopsy test results came clear and no cancerous cells were
found. Praise the Lord! God is indeed good to those who
love and serve him. May God return your kindness in blessings
for offering us the prayers.

- Thank
you very much for all your prayers and for visiting my son in the
hospital. It is very consoling to have friends to comfort us and
share our burden. Hansen is already back to school today. May
God bless you all. Praise be to God whose goodness dwells in the
hearts of men.

- TP's
okay. With a very slight temperature, he was able to go to
school after the 4-day weekend and has not had fever since then. He's
had a normal week at school, including basketball practice.
Thanks again for the prayers.
