 BLESSINGS AND CHALLENGE

Many of us have been with the Genesis Community for over
five years. And we have learned so much and have been blessed with so
much.
We have learned how to pray, how to worship and praise the
Lord. We learned to read, meditate and appreciate the Word of God more and
more. We have grown in our love for God and in our trust and hope in Him.
Our faith in Him has deepened.
And many of our prayers have been answered!
We have been blessed with beautiful children,
beautiful places to live
 in,
beautiful marriages, and beautiful families. Our tables are surrounded
with good and caring friends, and brothers and sisters in Community.
We have been blessed financially and materially, too --
with a good job, good bosses and supportive officemates, facilities such
as a beautiful car with a good driver, medical benefits and even schooling
for our children.
We have a good parish life, good and supportive priests and
we even get to serve in the Church.
Ah, what a good life indeed! What more can we ask for?
GOD has kept His promise. He really cannot be outdone in
His generosity!
What about us? Have we kept our part? How have we been
generous to the Giver?
Have we thanked Him enough for all these gifts? A simple
Thank You is not enough for such loads and loads of bountiful and
wonderful blessings!
This year, one of the main thrusts of our Community is to
bring all members into higher levels of love, commitment and service to
the Lord and to higher levels of commitment to the Community and of
service thru the Community -- TO GIVE OUR ALL TO GOD! We want to raise our
affiliate members into becoming underway members and our underway members
into being covenanted members.
We have accepted His blessings; let us also accept this
challenge.
What better way to
respond to God’s generosity than this!
- TELL US LIKE IT IS!
- Has
something wonderful and unique happened in your life lately? Did God
answer your prayer in a very unexpected way? Did you, like Isaiah, meet
God’s whisper?
- Have you felt His
powerful hand working in your life recently?
- Everyday, people
are experiencing God’s mighty Word in their lives and it is a pity that
very few know about it. Do you have a story to tell? Some Good News to
share?

(021-6627384), and tell us about it. That’s right! You don’t have to be
a great writer to do this. We can help you write it – just tell us like
it is!
